Main screen

	Create new project
	Shows the dialog to create a new project.

	Edit the select project
	Shows the dialog to edit the selected project.

	Projects tree
	Projects tree

	Project items list
	List of selected project's items

	Selected project item
	Select a project item to see related info on right

	Search
	Shows a dialog to set the search rules and search within one or more projects

	Auto preview
	When pressed automatically shows data info when project item in details section is selected

	Visual theme
	Changes the visual theme for the application

	Application settings
	Shows a dialog with application settings

	Selected project item data preview
	Information for the currently selected item in HTML format

Some commands are available in project right click menu

	Edit the select project
	Shows the dialog to edit the selected project.

	Delete
	Deletes the selected project

	Apply connections ...
	Shows a dialog to assign new connection for each report connection. The existing reports' connections will be replaced with the new set of connections and the reports will be copied to a new folder (overwriting existing reports is not allowed)

	Open Folder
	Opens Windows Explorer and focuses the main folder of the project

	Documentation
	Shows a dialog to chose which data to be included and generates a single PDF or HTML file containing data info for all reports in the project

	Search
	Shows a dialog to set the search rules and search within one or more projects

Item right click menu

	Show data
	Will show documentation for selected report version

	Review in Designer
	Will open selected report version in Crystal reports designer (you need to have Crystal reports designer installed)

	Open original
	Will open the current report version in Crystal reports designer (you need to have Crystal reports designer installed)

	Compare
	Compare selected version to another version or report

Version control

Menu for Version control operations. It depends on current version status.

For non checked out reports

	Check out
	Check out selected report. Nobody else will be able to edit it until you undo check out or check it in.

	Check out and edit
	The same as , but will open the report in Crystal reports designer for editing

	View history
	Write description here...

When a report is already checked out you will have these options

	Edit
	if you need to continue working on a report , which was already checked out, but you closed the designer

	Check In
	When you are done with the changes

	Undo check out
	If you would like to release the report without updating it. The last checked in version will be restored
