Support for multiple report types

We provide editors for SQL Ad-hoc queries and Interactive Dashboards, so you don't have to use any external software.
In addition of using reports directly you can define jobs and use the same report (or multiple reports) in workflows, and define different export, email and parameters.
Letter generation engine (LGE)
Our Letter Generation Engine will allow you to automate Mail merge. Use Word files as templates, but in addition of replacing simple data like names, dates, amounts etc., you can enrich them with tables and charts generated by external reports. You can also use workflows to choose the right template for specific language or other customizable parameters. You can run a proofing test before generating each letter so you can be sure that the generated letter is in the approved format.
Unit testing for reports
Use unit testing for Crystal reports, SSRS reports, Dasboards and Ad-hoc queries. Run them manually or on schedule and check each step: report loading, setting connections and parameters and exporting. Our proofing engine will compare report ouputs with the predefined templates, and if there are any differences will generate visual presentation and send notifications.
Version control for Crystal Reports
RT Report Manager contains modules for creating report documentation, version control, catalogs, and ticketing system to manage developer's activity. Version control is able to find differences between versions of he same report or different reports. It also allows adding notes and attaching emails and files so you can document change requests and have changes and change request documentation in one place.

Our role based permissions system allows fast and easy control over all supported features. Some users might be allowed to run just a few reports, others to create, change reports, add new tasks to the scheduler, and manage the system. You are in full control! Users can run Crystal reports through our software, while these reports are not directly accessible through the file system.

No dependency on other software
We provide everything necessary to run, schedule, and preview your reports. You do NOT need to purchase additional Microsoft Office or other licenses. Our software has internal viewers for xls, xlsx, pdf, doc, docx, rtf, txt, csv, epub (e-book), odt (open document format), tiff, jpg, html, mht files. You can even use our software to preview and lightly edit your Excel/Word files generated by other applications.
Easy maintenance
It will take a minute to add a new report and make it available to multiple users. Adding a new user or changing an existing one, and assigning all required reports and permissions takes a few mouse clicks. If you have a few users you can choose to manage them completely in our software. However, if you already use Active Directory you can assign permissions based on your Active Directory groups.
On premise installation
Our software is installed on premise so you do not depend on external services and you do not need to share your email and database login. By controlling the environment you are reducing the risk of vendor's security breaches and third party compliance breaks. In addition, local application is much faster and richier than a browser and generating a report or letter will not need download. Generating a 2Mb PDF letter will take a second, but will take additional 10 seconds to download it so you can print it or attach it in a email. The additional download will significantly limit the maximum number of letters you can generate per day.
